Step 1: Create a folder with the name of the plugin in lowercase into the folder "plugins". For example "hello".

Step 2: Create a file named "plugin.bit".

Step 3: Edit the file "plugin.bit" with some text editor.

Step 4: Add the next text.

<?php

$_PLUGIN_CONFIG['DATA'] = array(
	'author'=>'My name or nickname',
	'version'=>'1.0',
	'url'=>'http://www.mysite.com'
);

class PLUGIN_HELLO extends Plugin
{
	public function blog_body()
	{
		$html = '<p>Hello world</p>';

		return $html;
	}
}

?>

This is a simple skeleton for a plugin.

Step 5: You only need to complete the fields, author, version, url, and the name of the class.

The name of the class always start with the word PLUGIN_ followed by with the name of the plugin in uppercase.

Step 6: Create a folder named "language" inside the plugin folder.

Step 7: Create a file named "en_US.bit" inside the folder "languages". And add the follow text.

<?php

$_PLUGIN_CONFIG['LANG'] = array(
	'NAME'=>'Hello world',
	'DESCRIPTION'=>'Show hello world.'
);

?>

This is an array with two required fields, NAME and DESCRIPTION.
